Florence Shepard, Secretary
Professor Emerita of Educational Studies at the University of Utah; Author of Ecotones: Wayfaring the Margins, as well as numerous essays and keynote addresses; Teacher and Naturalist; Editor of Coming Home to the Pleistocene, Where We Belong, and Encounters with Nature by her late-husband, Paul Shepard.

Robert Judd, Jr., Treasurer
Founder & President of Cal-Tech Management Associates, a consulting firm for state and federal environmental management and energy policy; Executive Director of California's Office of Appropriate Technology, & Senior Advisor to Governor Jerry Brown. Currently involved with tidal energy projects in Maine and California.

Edward Casey, Director
Elected President of the American Philosophical Society, 2008; Distinguished Professor at SUNY, Stony Brook in Philosophy; and Fellow in the Interdisciplinary Humanities Center at UCSB; Co-director of a new master's program in Manhattan, entitled Philosophy and the Arts. His books include The World at a Glance; Imagining, Remembering, Spirit and Soul: Essays in Philosophical Psychology, Getting Back into Place, The Fate of Place, and Earth-Mapping.

Weston Walker, Director
Founder of Veritas Productions, a media production company. Filmmaker for instituteforinquiry.org. Holds a BA in Film and Digital Media from the University of California Santa Cruz. In 2008, worked with INCA, International Nature and Culture Adventures, based in Emeryville, CA; and Exum Mountain Guides, Grand Teton National Park, WY.
